Reebok launched a new way to online shop for shoes that, well as we see it, kicks ass. Guys we know you go into go into sports stores and complain about their colour and style selections. Yet you buy what they have because until now you didn’t have a choice. Now you do! Italian salute your nose at the less than helpful, acne-covered, sales staff texting while assisting you. Reebok now lets you design you own shoe right down to the colour of the sole.
Called Your Reebok this new system lets the user design every aspect of a shoe from the back colour to the stitching. We tried this and not only do we love it, it’s addictive. In all fairness, there are a couple of draw backs: 1) no you can’t actually design the shoe. You have pick from certain styles, wipe it clean and design from there. 2) Not every colour of rainbow is available for guys. We know some of you like polka-dots sorry it’s not there for us. But what they do offer we love.
Our editor-in-chief warns that from start to finish the process does take up to two hours and once the shoe is delivered it’s yours. Reebok will replace a defective shoe and they do advise deliver takes between 3-5 weeks.
